To get to the Aviation Admin Offices and Terminal A Mezzanine Conference Room, follow these steps:

Parking:

Go to the Short Term Parking Garage and park on Level 0.
Look for the Guaranteed Parking Corral between Row 7B and 8A.
Press the intercom button and tell the attendant that you're attending the GBTA meeting in the Admin offices on Mezzanine A.

Walk through the tunnel to the Terminals.
Enter the terminal and take either the escalators, stairs or elevator to the 1st floor - the baggage claim area.
Proceed to the Southwest Airlines’ baggage service office in Terminal A. There’s an elevator in the right corner.
Take the elevator to the City of San Antonio Offices (M) Mezzanine Level. Once you reach the Mezzanine, turn to your left and walk down the hallway into the reception area and let the admin associate you are here for the GBTA meeting in the conference room.
