Leadership Presence: Communicating with Impact
Communicating clearly is critical to success.
Being good at your job is expected. What makes you stand out is your ability to communicate with both confidence and competence.
In this fast-paced and thought-provoking session, you’ll identify and practice key changes that will enable you to show up as more compelling and confident, and to be seen and heard as a key contributor – particularly when the stakes are high.
Focus includes:
the ability to demonstrate confidence in high stakes situations;an awareness of your key strengths and differentiators;tips to leverage your voice, body language and energy to increase your impact;practical tips for “virtual impact” (be Bright, be Brief, be Engaging!)the “Credibility Formula,” an incredibly effective brain trick that allow you to think on your feet.
