SPEAKER: Chriselda Barrientes | Sales Manager,United Airlines

As Sales Manager at United Airlines, Chriselda develops revenue opportunities and relationships with travel management companies, chambers of commerce, business associations and businesses of all sizes with domestic and global travel.

Chriselda began her career at Continental Airlines in February 1994. She worked in Reservations, Current Revenue Control and Sales and in 2008, she was promoted to Account Manager for Latin America Sales.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Chriselda manages relationships with travel agencies and corporations in San Antonio, Austin and Arkansas. She serves as Fundraiser Chair for the San Antonio GBTA and actively participates on the Austin GBTA Hospitality Committee as well as the TED 2016 Committee. She is a member of the San Antonio and Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Chriselda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in radio/television/film with a minor in Spanish from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, in 1998.  Born in San Antonio, Texas, she is a third-generation Mexican-American. She has been married to husband Daniel for 20 years and has a 13-year-old son, Chazz Antonio.
